Donna Agerton Larmon Stamper

Donna Agerton Larmon Stamper, 71, of Hobart, passed away at home on Sunday, Jan. 1. 

She was born on Feb. 20, 1945, in Alton, Illinois, to the late Harold and Lillie (Hester) Rutledge. Donna was a retired cook from Lake Park Residential Care. 

Donna enjoyed playing solitaire and bunco. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughters: Michelle [Jim] Draves, Linda [Roy] Berkley, Janice Larmon and Debra Larmon; son Larry [Teri] Larmon; grandchildren: Mike, Deann, Duane, Andrew, Chris, Philip, Jennifer, Lydia, Corey, Richard, Marjorie, John, and Mike; many great-grandchildren; brother Earl Dean Downs; sister Janice K. Barton; extended family Karen Myers and Leslie Mullen.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold Rutledge and Lillie Rutledge Rule; son Robert Larmon; grandson William Larmon; and brothers: Rex Harnetiaux and Robert Harnetiaux. 

The family will host a memorial service at 5 p.m. CST Thursday, Jan. 5, at Black Oak Baptist Church in Gary, with Pastor Bob Parnell officiating. Private burial of cremated remains will take place at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Winamac.
