Lindy L. Richee
Lindy L. Richee, 83, of Winamac, formerly of Chicago, passed away at 2:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac.
She was born on Nov. 12, 1936, in Dresden, Tennessee. Lindy was a retired waitress and spent many years working at Marconi’s in “Little Italy.” She was active with the Red Hat Society when she lived in Illinois. She spent a number of years residing in Burbank, Illinois, before moving to Winamac in 2005. Lindy was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughters: Julie [Dan] Falletti and Regina [Gary] Evans; sons: Kerry [Laura] Richee Sr., and Christopher Richee; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents AJ and Mavis (Wright) Dunlap; husband Charles Richee; and companion Bill Vervoort.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
