Oliver Ira Fitz Artist

Infant Oliver Ira Fitz Artist, 10 days old, of Plymouth, passed away at 12:23 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at IU Health Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

He was born on Aug. 10 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, to Matthew and Courtney Artist. He will be sadly missed.

Survivors include his parents Matthew D. and Courtney L. (Fitz) Artist of Plymouth; sister Gemma L. Artist of Plymouth; maternal grandmother Wynona (Minix) Fitz of Winamac; and paternal grandfather Ira Artist of Culver. 

He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Jon Fitz; paternal grandmother Gloria Artist; and infant sister Reagan Elizabeth June Artist. 

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac. Burial will take place following services at Winamac Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
