NOTICE OF INTENT - STORMWATER RUNOFF

ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

Nelson Family Enterprises, LLC., 2610 Dakota Avenue, South Sioux City, NE 68776 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Frito Lay Warehouse construction, located at 313 N. Belle Street, Medaryville, Indiana 47957. Furthermore, the project is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 4 West, White Post Township, in Pulaski County, Indiana.

The proposed site will drain to a dry detention pond that will discharge to an existing drain pipe that drains northward allowing the stormwater runoff to continue to ultimately discharge to Antrim Ditch.
