NOTICE

The Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), located at 2755 Raystone Drive, Valparaiso, IN 46383, is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with gas main replacement southwest of the intersection between County Line Road 600 North and County Line Road 700 West in Winamac, Indiana. Located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 31 North, and Range 3 West in Pulaski County, Indiana.
