063-20 - Notice of Intent to IDEM from Hydronov LLC

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Hydronov LLC (P.O. Box 663, Ashley IN 47605) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge stormwater from the construction activities for the following project: Eden Valley Farms; located 14655 West 200 S, Francesville, White Post Township, Pulaski County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 30N, Range 4W; approximately 0.30 miles east of US 421 and County Road West 200 South. Runoff from the project site will discharge overland, eventually to the Big Monon Ditch. Questions or comments should be directed to:
