VERIFIED PETITION OF NORTHERN INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY LLC FOR APPROVAL PURSUANT TO IND. CODE §§ 8-1-2-42(a), 8-1-8.8-11, AND TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY IND. CODE § 8-1-2.5-6, OF A RENEWABLE ENERGY POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ROAMING BISON WIND, LLC, INCLUDING TIMELY COST RECOVERY.

Notice is hereby given that on February 1, 2019, Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (“NIPSCO”) filed a Verified Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) in Cause No. 45195 for approval and associated cost recovery of a Wind Energy Purchase Agreement between NIPSCO and Roaming Bison Wind, LLC dated January 18, 2019. If and to the extent the relief requested requires the Commission’s approval under Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5 et seq., this notice is provided to the public under Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5-6(d). A copy of the Verified Petition and other submissions in this proceeding are on file with the Commission, PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
