THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MONTEREY,

   Plaintiff,

     vs.

JERRY FREEMAN, PULASKI COUNTY TREASURER’S OFFICE, INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CAVALRY INVESTMENTS, LLC, CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, AND ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS CLAIMING INTEREST IN 865 N 150 E, WINAMAC, IN 46996, 1023 N MONTICELLO ST, WINAMAC, IN 46996, 1100 N MARKET ST, WINAMAC, IN 46996, 1007 N MONTICELLO ST, WINAMAC, IN 46996, 1005 N MONTICELLO ST, WINAMAC, IN 46996, AND 614 S BURSON ST, WINAMAC, IN 46996,

   Defendants.    

NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage and for Reformation of Legal Description on the following described real estate:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered (94) as shown on the recorded plat of McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac; thence North to a point Sixteen (16) feet South of the western boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond; thence in a Northwesterly direction parallel with said western boundary line of the Old Mill Race and Mill Pond, to a point which is Sixteen (16) feet South of said westerly boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond and which said point is directly north of the northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in McClelland’s Addition as aforesaid; thence South to the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in said McClelland’s Addition; thence East 148.5 feet to the place of beginning.  As shown upon the original plat of the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana.

NOW, THEREFORE, said above named Defendants and Unknown Tenants of 1023 N Monticello St, Winamac, IN 46996 are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last publication of notice of this action, judgement by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose
