NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-2111-MF-000009 wherein Bank of America, N.A was Plaintiff, and Karen Rushing, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Michael Rushing, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Shawn Roetman, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Steven Rushing, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Teah Rushing, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Katlynn Rushing, Heir of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Unknown Heirs and/or Devisees of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; Estate of Ronny W. Rushing, Deceased; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Midland Funding, LLC, as Successor in Interest to Credit One Bank NA; Midland Funding LLC, as successor in interest to Synchrony Bank as issuer of JCPenney Credit Card were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of July, 2022, at the hour of 1:00 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 14 in Lane and Porter’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana AND Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot Number 14 in Lane and Porter’s Addition aforesaid; thence North 70 3/4 degrees East along the South line of said Lot 14, 66 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot; thence South 19 1/4 degrees East (being parallel with the East line Franklin Street) 20 feet; thence South 70 3/4 degrees West (parallel with the South side of Lot 14); 66 feet to the East line of Franklin Street; thence North 19 1/4 degrees West along the East line of Franklin Street 20 feet to the place of beginning; being the West 66 feet of the North 20 feet to the street which was vacated in Civil Cause No. 13490 in Pulaski County Circuit Court.
