THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF EVA MAE HUGHES, DECEASED, OCCUPANT(S) OF 14898 W 300 N, MEDARYVILLE, IN 47957, FIFTH THIRD BANK (WESTERN MICHIGAN), HSBC BANK NEVADA, NA, ZABANEH MEDICAL CORP, PULASKI COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, AMERICAN ACCEPTANCE COMPANY, LLC, PULASKI COUNTY EMS AND MICHAEL HUGHES,

 Defendants.

NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

A part of the south-west quarter (1/4) of the south-west quarter (1/4) of Section 28, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point 484 feet east of the intersection of U.S. Highway No. 421 and the county highway; thence North 210 feet; thence East 210 feet, thence South 210 feet, thence West along the north side of the county highway 210 feet to the place of beginning, containing one acre, more or less.

And Commonly known as: 14898 W 300 N, Medaryville, IN 47957

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Occupant(s) of 14898 W 300 N, Medaryville, IN 47957, Fifth Third Bank (Western Michigan), HSBC Bank Nevada, NA, Pulaski County Memorial Hospital and Pulaski County EMS.

This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: The Unknown Heirs at Law of Eva Mae Hughes, Zabaneh Medical Corp, American Acceptance Company, LLC and Michael Hughes.

In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 19th day of July, 2019 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
