NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2012-MF-000008 wherein Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC was Plaintiff, and Ralph Shidler, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of September, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 110 E. Meridian Street, Winamac, IN 46996, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana. 

Lots Numbered Ten (10) and Eleven (11) as shown on the recorded Plat of Teaberry Hill Subdivision, being in Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Four (4) West.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
