NOTICE OF HEARING
May it be known that on August 8, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. EST, a hearing will be held in the Pulaski Circuit Court located at 112 E. Main Street, Winamac, IN 46996. This hearing will relate to the dismissal of a will contest filed in the Estate of Dwight E. Goble under Cause Number 66C01-1905-PL-000006. This notice is directed to any interested parties, including select devisees under a previously executed will, specifically:
(1) Odd Fellow Cemetery of Princeton, Indiana
Last Known Address: 1015 North Hart Street, Princeton, IN 47670.
(2) The Studebaker National Museum
Last Known Address: 525 South Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
(3) The American Trap Shooting Association
Last Known Address: 601 West National Road, Vandalia, OH 45377.
