FINDINGS AND ORDER

In Compliance with the provisions of Indiana Drainage Code 36-9-27-40, the Pulaski County Drainage Board hereby makes the following report. After due notice, the Board held a public hearing on Monday, July 17, 2017 for increasing the rate on the above-mentioned drains.

The findings and order of the Board have been filed and are available for public inspection in the office of the Pulaski County Surveyor. If judicial review of the findings and order of the Board is not requested within twenty days from the date of publication of this notice, this order shall become conclusive.
