IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION TO VACATE AN ALLEY
IN MEDARYVILLE, INDIANA

TO: THE OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE NEAR THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AND CITIZENS AND INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF MEDARYVILLE COUNTY OF PULASKI, INDIANA.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Petitioner, Robert D. Schultz, in the above-referenced matter has filed a Petition with the Town Council of the Town of Medaryville to approve vacating the alley running south to north between Maple Street on the south and North Street on the north in the Barley Subdivision, Town of Medaryville, Pulaski County, Indiana.

The Petition will be heard by the Town of Medaryville Town Council in its regular meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 6:30 pm at Town Hall.

This would vacate the alley in the Original Plat of the Town of Medaryville in Pulaski County, Indiana.
