The State of Indiana to any person who may be concerned.

You are notified that a complaint for adverse possession has been filed in the Court named above. The nature of the action is a complaint for adverse possession of real property situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Indiana, and described as follows: Lot Numbered Three (3) in Block “E” of Brown’s Addition to the Town of Francesville, Pulaski County, Indiana. This notice by publication is specifically directed to the following parties whose whereabouts are unknown: William Selby. William Selby may claim some interest in the property in question. In addition to the above-named parties being served by this notice, there may be other parties who have an interest in this proceeding. If you have any objection to the complaint, you must submit it in writing on or before thirty [30] days after the last notice of the action is published. Failure to timely file a written objection may result in a judgment by default being entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
