NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2207-MF-000014 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc. was Plaintiff, and Ginger M. Deyoung aka Ginger M. DeYoung, United States of America through its Department of Housing & Urban Development were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana. 

A part of Lot “A” Original Plat, Town of Francesville, Pulaski County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Lot A and running thence East 110 feet, thence South 100 feet; thence West 110 feet, thence North 100 feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
