BID SPECIFICATIONS FOR A DIGGER DERRICK TRUCK

The Town of Winamac will be accepting sealed bids for a Digger Derrick truck until 4:00 pm, November 13, 2017, at the Town Clerk’s Office, 120 W. Main St., Winamac, IN 46996. Bid specifications can be picked up at the Winamac Clerk Treasurer’s office. The bids will be opened and read aloud at 6:00 pm on November 13, 2017, at the Winamac Utilities Complex, located at 623 W. 11th Street, Winamac, IN.

Any bid not accompanied by the required items shall be deemed to be a non-responsive bid by the owner. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within a period of 60 days following the date set for receiving of bids. The Winamac Town Council reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 90 days, and said bids shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Winamac Town Council further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to any bidder, all to the advantage of the town, or to reject all bids.
