PMH Public Meeting

NOTICE

Notice that a public meeting for comments and/or questions will be held to review Pulaski Memorial Hospital’s plan to file an application for Federal Assistance for Rural Health Clinic expansion with the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities loan program. The public meeting will be held at 4 p.m., local time on November 2, 2016 in the Pulaski Memorial Hospital board Board Room, located at 616 E. 13th St., Winamac, Indiana. At said public meeting, all persons will have a right to appear and be heard on the project.
