Former Pulaski County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy turns himself in

Former Pulaski County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Ron Patrick has turned himself in Wednesday afternoon as he faces 11 charges including nine felonies.
Patrick, who was arrested in Marshall County, was indicted by a grand jury on Aug. 9 for alleged criminal acts against the sheriff’s office.
Patrick is facing five counts of theft, obstruction of justice, deception, and four counts of official misconduct.
An investigation into questionable accounting practices began shortly after Pulaski County Sheriff Jeff Richwine took office in 2015 and led to the Indiana State Police getting involved.
Patrick was processed and bonded out shortly after he turned himself in.
