Kruger celebrated as 2020 Halleck Award recipient

“When they called and told me that I would receive
this award, it was very humbling. I didn’t even know what
to say. I appreciate everything this committee has done -
they made this a wonderful night for me,” Kruger said.
Although delayed a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Betty Kruger had nothing short of a warm welcome as she was celebrated as the H.J. Halleck Community Service Award recipient for 2020. She was introduced by not only her children, Cindy Hickle and Jeff Kruger, but also by friends Bud Cummins, Darlene Mellon and Karen Albrecht.
