Small claims warrant leads to multiple arrests

Five people were arrested after police were attempting to serve a small claims warrant on March 8.
Instead of arresting one person, Pulaski County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lonnie C. Howard Jr., 29, Winamac, Lonnie C. Howard Sr., 55, Winamac, Ballard J. Howard, 28, Winamac, Shane Howard, 25, Winamac, and Hope Rancatore, 21, Walkerton, for numerous charges related to methamphetamine and marijuana possession.
