Water main break along U.S. 35 shuts down southbound lanes

A water main break on Tuesday, June 29 added more water to an already wet week for Winamac, shutting down the southbound lanes of U.S. 35 for an extended period of time. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, all southbound lanes of U.S. 35 were closed between Ontario Street and County Road 100 South, which is south of State Road 14 in Winamac.
