On Monday, 11 April 2016, at approximately 7:25 p.m. EDT in the Commissioners’ Room of the Pulaski County Courthouse, the Pulaski County Council will conduct a public hearing to receive and to hear all remonstrances and objections, if any, to personal property-tax abatements requested by Fratco for the installation of new manufacturing equipment. Having heard any public comment regarding this request, the Council will then either award or deny the property-tax abatement requested. A description of the affected area is available at the Community Development Commission’s office, 623 West 11th Street, Winamac, and can be inspected there during regular business hours.
In 2011, the Pulaski County Council established this property as an Economic Revitalization Area through 8 August 2021.
