Monterey’s resilience represented through mural

A dedication ceremony for the Pulaski County Tribe's Monterey mural was held during the Monterey Days festival on Saturday, Sept. 3. Indiana artist Zach Medler started on the mural in late August. Medler explained during the ceremony that the eagle represents the resilience of the town of Monterey.
