John C. Williams II
John Clark Williams II passed away on Sept. 2, leaving behind a family who loved him dearly and countless memories to cherish for generations. He was born on July 15, 1955.
John grew up in Chesterton and spent time living in California and Illinois. He was instrumental in creating several air quality solutions businesses before dedicating 25 years to teaching fine arts at Winamac High School. A talented artist, John spent his life honing his craft, continually developing his skills and expressing his creativity.
John loved kayaking, golfing, and, most of all, making people laugh. He was always cracking jokes and bringing smiles to those around him. Above everything, he was the rock of his family, always there in hard times and making sure his loved ones knew how much they meant to him. His love and support will never be forgotten.
John was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters Jill Doane and Marylin Williams; and his beloved wife, Linda Williams. He is survived by his three daughters; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
John will be dearly missed, but his laughter, creativity, love, and legacy will live on through everyone he touched.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, at 1 p.m. at his home, 112 N. 800 E., Knox, Indiana. Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend and share their favorite stories and memories as we celebrate a life well lived.
