VERIFIED PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A PERSONALREPRESENTATIVE AND FOR UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION
Comes now Tonya M. Hernandez, heir of the decedent herein, Edwin Hensley and respectfully represents to the Court as follows:
1. That the above-named decedent, died testate at age 66 on the 31st day of March, 2026, while domiciled in Pulaski County, Indiana. (See attached Last Will and Testament of Edwin Hensley)
3. That the petitioner herein, Tonya M. Hernandez is the only heir of the decedent.
4. That the name, relationship, and residence of the beneficiaries/heirs of the decedent are:

5. That to the petitioner’s best knowledge, the decedent’s estate is believed to be solvent and to consist of the following real and personal property and various bank accounts.

6. That the decedent’s creditors are unknown as of the time of the filing of this petition for the appointment of a personal representative.
7. That the petitioner herein, Tonya M. Hernandez is the heir of the decedent and is entitled to be appointed personal representative of the estate of the decedent pursuant to Indiana Code Section 29-1-10-1, and that said petitioner is a qualified person to administer the decedent’s estate without supervision.
8. The name and business address of the legal counsel who will represent the personal representative is Ned J. Tonner, Attorney at Law, P.C., 503 W. Washington Street, Rensselaer, Indiana 47978.
9. Petitioner respectfully requests that he not be ordered to post a bond herein, as the estate consist of an older house, bank accounts and minimal furniture.
WHEREFORE, the petitioner, prays the Court for an order appointing Tonya M. Hernandez, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate, directing Letters of Administration be issued upon the taking of an oath and that said petitioner be authorized to proceed with Unsupervised administration with regard to the decedent’s estate, upon proper notice being given to the creditors and for all other just and proper relief in the premises.
