Land in the Pulaski County Industrial Park

Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana

Sealed bids will be received by the Pulaski County Advisory Commission on Industrial Development (“the Commission”), c/o the Pulaski County CDC, 623 West Eleventh Street, P.O. Box 315, Winamac, Indiana 46996, no later than 5:00p.m. EDT on Wednesday, 23 March 2016, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at a meeting of the Commission at 3:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, 24 March 2016, at aforementioned location. The proposed project is the sale or lease of land in the Pulaski County Industrial Park (“the Park”), a/k/a the Winamac Industrial Park.

The park is located generally at Pulaski County Roads 100 West, 60 South, and 60 West, in Monroe Township, within the utility-service area and planning/zoning jurisdiction of the Incorporated Town of Winamac.

Bidders intending to use the land for purposes incompatible with surrounding uses, the intentions of the Commission, or the applicable sections of the Town of Winamac Zoning Ordinance will be disqualified. 

Any bid submitted by a trust as defined in Indiana Code 30-4-1-1(a) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and each settlor empowered to revoke or to modify the trust.
