SUMMONS

This summons is to Defendant Payroll Solutions, Inc., and to any other person who may be concerned. It is made in connection with an attempt to collect from Payroll Solutions, Inc., a debt owed to Adaptasoft, Inc. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

You are notified that you have been sued in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in an action entitled Adaptasoft, Inc. v. Payroll Solutions, Inc., Cause No. 66C01-1606-PL-00015, by the entity named above as Plaintiff. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Defendant Payroll Solutions, Inc., whose address and whereabouts are unknown.

The named Plaintiff is represented by James R. Schrier of the firm of REILING TEDER & SCHRIER, LLC, 250 Main Street, Suite 601, P.O. Box 280, Lafayette, IN 47902-0280; Telephone: (765) 423-5333.

The nature of this suit against Payroll Solutions, Inc. is for breach of contract and collection of an account.

An answer or other response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney within 30 days after the third notice of this action, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
