NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of March, 2016, at 6:00pm a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals at the Pulaski County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 112 E. Main St. Winamac, IN 46996, on the application of petitioner, Lynda Hosek.

Docket #BZA 032816-02 is filed for a Variance as specified in the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance. The Variance proposed is for property located at 6631 N. 570 W. Winamac, IN 46996. 

The nature of this Variance is due to the proposed construction of a garage. Variance for the following: Lot width, Side yard setback, and Minimum lot area.

This application is available for review Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in the Building / Zoning Department located in the Government building, 125 S Riverside Dr. Ste. 150, Winamac, IN 46996. 

The Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Administrative Staff at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned and place.
